Newly Manufactured English Pool and Snooker Tables – Final Quality Checklist

All Crown Billiards newly manufactured pool and snooker tables are rigorously checked and tested

to ensure that they meet our own exacting standards for quality and workmanship.

The list below details the tests and procedures undertaken on all tables prior to dispatch to our customers.

Due to the varying design and build specification of our range of pool tables,

certain elements of the quality checklist below are not required on all the tables in the Crown Billiards range.

Cabinet
Cabinet cleaned externally and internally including all ball runs
All trims and patresses free from marks and aligned correctly
Locking bracket, locking pegs and coin chute fitted
Cashbox runners LH and RH correct placement
Slating blocks fixed onto slate supports
Cue and playball rundowns – corner deflectors fitted
Cue and playball rundowns – no protruding fixings
Slate support measurement within tolerance
Drawer Unit
Drawer unit test completed
Free fit into table and lock hasps adjusted
Ball entry into drawer free from potential jam
Battery connected if electronic operation
Operation
Cue ball path – no obstructions
Playball path – no obstructions
Vended 5 operations with no jams and cueball seperation
Top frame
Top frame closes free from obstruction
Toggles correct tension
Cushion nap correct and cushions align with pockets
Pocket liners cut back
Top frame and corners clean and free from marks
Accessories Fitted
4 legs with feet attached, 2 x cues, 2 inch pool balls, brush, chalk, allen keys, 4 x M12 nulock nuts, cashbox
